2.2. Personal data processed and its source
REV ARCHITECTURE, S.L. may process the identification, professional and contact details provided directly by the data subject through the contact form, by email or by telephone. These may include the individual's name, organisation, email address, enquiry subject and message. Technical data strictly required to maintain the security and operation of the website may also be processed.
2.3. Purposes of processing
Personal data will be processed to:
- Respond to enquiries and requests for information.
- Prepare a proposal for professional services where requested.
- Manage any resulting contractual or professional relationship.
- Comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting and professional obligations.
- Prevent automated submissions, fraudulent use and security incidents.
- Establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Personal data submitted through the contact form will not be used for general marketing communications or to add the data subject to a mailing list unless separate and specific consent is subsequently obtained.
2.4. Lawful bases for processing
Where an enquiry concerns a request for services, a proposal or information prior to a possible engagement, processing is necessary in order to take steps at the data subject's request before entering into a contract, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Other professional communications, website protection and the prevention of abusive use are based on the legitimate interests of REV ARCHITECTURE, S.L. in responding to communications and protecting its systems, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
If a professional engagement is entered into, processing will also be based on performance of the contract and compliance with applicable legal obligations under Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR. The retention of data required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims is based on the legitimate interests recognised by Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
2.5. Required information
Fields marked as mandatory in the contact form are required in order to process the enquiry. If they are not completed, REV ARCHITECTURE, S.L. may not have sufficient information to provide an appropriate response.
2.6. Recipients and processors
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be accessed on behalf of REV ARCHITECTURE, S.L. by providers of web hosting, email, IT maintenance and security services acting as processors. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities, courts or other competent bodies where required by law or pursuant to a valid request.
2.7. International transfers
Where the provision of a technology service involves processing personal data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will take place only under a safeguard recognised by Articles 45 to 49 GDPR, such as a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, together with any supplementary measures required. Further information may be requested by writing to info@revarchitecture.es.
2.8. Retention
Enquiries that do not result in a professional relationship will be retained for no longer than twelve months after the last communication, unless longer retention is necessary in connection with an actual or potential claim.
If a professional engagement is entered into, personal data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the statutory limitation periods applicable to contractual, tax, accounting and professional-liability obligations. The data will be deleted when those periods expire.
2.9. Data-subject rights
Where applicable, data subjects may request access to, rectification or erasure of their personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability by writing to info@revarchitecture.es and clearly identifying their request.
Where REV ARCHITECTURE, S.L. has reasonable doubts concerning the identity of the person making the request, it may request additional information strictly necessary to confirm that person's identity. A copy of an identity document will not ordinarily be required.
Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
2.10. Automated decision-making
REV ARCHITECTURE, S.L. does not use personal data collected through this website to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects, and does not carry out profiling.
2.11. Automated-abuse prevention and technical logs
To prevent automated submissions and protect the contact form, the application temporarily generates a pseudonymous identifier from the sender's IP address using a cryptographic function. The application does not deliberately retain the IP address in readable form and deletes the identifier within no more than fifteen minutes.
Notwithstanding the above, the hosting provider may process ordinary technical access, security and availability logs under its terms and the relevant data-processing agreement. This processing is based on the legitimate interests of REV ARCHITECTURE, S.L. in maintaining the integrity and security of the service.
4. Updates to This Information
REV ARCHITECTURE, S.L. may update this document to reflect changes in applicable law, technical arrangements or its processing activities.
